I know I’m obsessive, but how much do readers read? I know there are different levels of reading, casual, sparse, what have you. I sort of consider myself a professional reader. I sign up for so many ARCS that I rarely pick a book just for fun. Not that I don’t like what I read, because I pick and choose most of it, but most of the books I read are what’s due next. I actually have to keep a list to keep track so I make sure I read in order by their due date and don’t miss anything. Sometimes I over book myself and fall behind. An average day I can read 1 book per day. Like I said, obsessive! I’m trying to slow down though because too many times I’ve overextended myself and fall behind. I enjoy it, but I call my reviews homework. Believe me though, I enjoy reading way more than schoolwork, and don’t know how I’d get through a work day without my kindle or a book. But I need to slow it down and choose more of my reading based on what I want to read again, rather than what I need to read. It’s just the dilemma of where to draw the line! Or learn to get paid for it. So back to my original thought, how much does the average person read?
How much do you read?

I am by no means an influencer! I just love to read romance. I've read and listened to hundreds of books over the last few years, averaging about 3 per week. I share books that I love, books that are free or on sale, anything that I feel is worth sharing. I'm pretty strictly a romance reader, anywhere from clean to not so clean, I enjoy them all. Lover of coffee, pj's all day, staying up late reading & happy endings. Ya know, the average romance reader. View more posts
