This is a great little holiday story! Not too long, but still a complete story. It part of a series but can be read as a stand alone. There are references to 2 othe couples (Trent ‘s friends) who you will want to read about too. It’s short, but still has steam and fun and instalove, while poking at our love of Hallmark Christmas movies. I’m excited to see more from Trent and Hollie as this series expands. Chelle Sloan is a go to 5 star read for me. I’ve loved every single book she’s written. Check out this book, and all of her others free on Kindle Unlimited.

This was an adorable short holiday story! I read it in a day so it’s a great little escape. I loved the back and forth, the scrooge part, all of it. I believe it was completely clean as well, if that’s your thing, normally her books are not, so that was a surprise. And if you’re anti clean, don’t hold that against this book, it was super cute and I love short little Christmas type stories like this. Meghan Quinn delivers Christmas fun like you expect from her. She’s an author who never disappoints. It’s only $1.99 (right now) or free in KU.

This was my first Lucy Score book a few years back and it’s on sale for just .99! I had read it on Kindle Unlimited, so I just grabbed it now for cheap so I have it for my annual December Christmas reads, so even if I don’t happen to have KU, I can still read it again.

Love the Lake family! I didn’t want this to end, but I couldn’t put it down. Jennifer Van Wyk writes great small town families. If you like Adriana Locke or Claire Kingsley, you will more than likely like Jennifer Van Wyk. So many great characters. I just loved Cash, he and Hadley were, as the title says, effortless. I’ve read all of her books, and she has become one of my favorites. So well written, she’s worth checking out.

Who doesn’t want a free Christmas book this time of year? Erin Wright is an author I arc for, unfortunately she has taken a step back from writing the last couple of years, but she has lots of books out there to check out. She rarely puts them out for free, so grab this one while you can.

Not free but a steal at just .99. This book is everything! One of those that sticks with you for a long time. I first found this author with Interference

and promptly fell in love, not only with her writing style, but with the Prescott family. I have, no lie, read this one 3 times now. I borrowed it in Kindle Unlimited (she goes in and out) and then I bought it when she had the old box set packaged together (this was a duet of separate books, and thank goodness I found it after both parts were out because it was a heck of a cliffhanger!) And now, here it is on sale for .99 which is a whopping $6 off retail!!! After you devour this one, you will want to read all the rest, A Holiday For the Books (updated with a beautiful new cover)

and of course, the series finale, Butterfly Save.

Mignon Mykel is such an underrated author, I wish my little blog was enough to get people to see how fantastic she is. Seriously one of my favorites. I will read anything she writes, sight unseen. Check it out for just .99.

Oh this book. I’m not sure where to begin. I didn’t realize when I started it (I don’t read descriptions for Adriana Locke books) was about a pro baseball player, so that was a fun surprise. I loved getting to know these characters and this small town. I fell in love with all of them. There were the usual laughs and sweet moments, although the sexy times were on the tamer side, I was totally fine with it. Then the heartbreak set in, and this part hit me hard. I read at work so it was a fight to not cry. But have no fear, it had a beautiful happy ending, I wish there was more of it!

Jennifer Van Wyk has another book coming out next week, so in preparation, Indescribable is free! It’s a friends to lovers which is my favorite romance trope, and she is one of those hidden gem authors. I won a book of hers in another authors Facebook group and promptly fell in love and ready every single one of her books. I can’t wait for the new one, Effortless.
