I’ve mentioned this before but Tessa Layne has gone thru some rebranding and changed covers and titles. I know I’ve read this one, but I don’t know what previous title it fell under. I enjoy her books, so whichever one this is, I liked it.

YES! Another free book! What a crazy Saturday full of free books. This one, I listened to, but hadn’t read. It’s been a while since I listened but I did rate it a 5 star on Goodreads. It’s a sports romance, grab it while you can.

You guessed it, another free book! I may have shared this one before. It’s a little different from what I normally read, but no less quality. The characters are on a tour of Paris, and it’s almost like you’re traveling with them. The author even put out a companion photo book, so when they’re at certain tourist spots, you can flip to photos of where they are. It was pretty cool to see the things, not just read descriptions. All of her books make you think a little deeper, feel a different feeling. It’s hard to explain, but for free, check it out. You may still be able to get the companion book from her newsletter.
I’m full of freebies this morning! Chelle Sloan is a newer author, she has I think 5 or 6 books out now, but this was the first. It’s part of Corinne Michaels world, but you don’t have to read any other books to enjoy this, because I had not read any other Salvation Society books before I read it when it came out. It’s a tough one for some people, but the title is Reformation! I wasn’t sure how I’d be able to root for Garrett, but somehow she pulled it off. All of her books are on Kindle Unlimited, and and also interconnect. This one, since it’s part of another authors world, does not connect.
Here’s another free box set! I’ve read the Helena Hunting and Amy Daws books in this, but nothing else. I have read a couple of the other authors, but not these particular books, but I’m looking forward to these.
Even though I own several of these books, I love picking up these box sets to check out new authors. Kait Nolan is one of my favorites. I’ve read a bunch of Tessa Layne and I belive all of Erin Wright, so it’s worth grabbing this set just for those three. I mean, it’s free, go for it.

A bunch of authors offered up some free, exclusive books to Prolific Works. The Swiping Game is Chelle Sloan’s book offering, and it takes place in her fictional Nashville Fury world. This book covers a couple of secondary characters we’ve met in previous books, but this is a total stand alone. I have to say, I was cracking up laughing, there is some great, witty text banter between the two main characters. It also nicely sets up her next book coming out later this summer, so something else to look forward to!
Allllll the stars! I loved, loved, loved this book. The Carmichael boys are easily my favorite Locke brother characters. I can’t wait to read more from this crew. I could gush on and on, but I don’t want to spoil. I will say I freaking loved the duck analogy. There was just so much I loved about this book, if you’ve read anything by Adriana Locke before, you’ll adore this book. She just keeps topping herself somehow. If you’ve spent any time on her fb page, these Carmichael brothers feel so inspired by the shenanigans of her own boys. It’s hysterical the things they say and do to each other. It made me wonder about how much in that book actually went down in the Locke household. Catherine and Kim were just unbelievable, Honey and Damaris are people anyone would be lucky to have in their lives. She writes these characters that are just everything. This and all of Adriana Locke’s books are in Kindle Unlimited and absolutely worth checking out.
When I read the prequel, I was so annoyed to have to wait for the full story of Brax and Mia! This was worth the wait (even though it wasn’t that long of a wait, thank goodness). I’m loving all the characters of this new series, while still seeing familiar names from the Misfit Inn series. Not to mention the intertwining of Second Chance Summer (which I now want to go read a 3rd time). Anyway, second chance romances can be so heartbreaking. This one definitely is, but it’s so much more complicated than one little thing. I loved it and seriously can’t wait for more books in this series!
