I can’t believe I forgot to mention this! Forgive me! Audible had their big sale this week, and from what I gather it’s a once a year or so thing. I’m not normally one to spend my book money on audio books, but I couldn’t pass this up. You have to be a current subscriber to one of Audibles plans. I simply signed up for the 30 day free trial. I went for the premium because it gives you a credit to use, so win win. I don’t think I listen to enough audio books to pay the $15 per month premium price, but I’ll try and get my use out of the free trial. I managed to only purchase 5 box sets, for just under $25, and it’s over 163 hours of books! Which when I did the math, it’s almost a full week of listening 24/7, so even when the 30 day trial is up, I’ll have plenty to listen to. There’s only a few hours left, again, so sorry.

I have loved every book of hers I’ve read. This was so good, so good. I loved Ryder! I could go on just about him, he was so perfect for this story. I’m glad I didn’t know it was an age gap (a small one) virgin story because those are some of my least favorite tropes. I would have gone in with a bad attitude, but I would have read it because I love Adriana Locke’s books. Let me say, the sex scenes are super freaking hot. So well written for this couple. I laughed out loud,
my heart broke, my heart melted, all in the best ways of a good romance novel. So if you’re like me and hate virgin age gap romance, suck it up and read it anyway. Oh, and it wouldn’t hurt to read the Relationship Pact first.

I already own this one, but it’s free! Book 1 of the Laundry family can be yours, and book 6 (Sweet) is coming out next week. All available on Kindle Unlimited. Adriana Locke is one of my favorite authors. I’ve yet to read anything of hers that I didn’t like. And you can’t go wrong for free!

So so good! You don’t need to have read the other books in the series to enjoy this one. But I always recommend reading a series in order, you always get more out of it. You don’t need to know sports to enjoy it either. But if you are a football fan, you won’t be disappointed in the realistic and accurate take on the sport. This book is laid out so well, unfolding their story, their history, bit by bit. Bryce was a hard one, in some ways I just couldn’t see how things would work out, but you could just feel like it had to. I mean, I know it’s a romance and we all read for the happy ending, but still, it was hard to see the way out. Which is great writing, that it wasn’t predictable. The author did such a great job of creating these characters, strong yet flawed. Real. I’m really trying not to give anything away, so I’m going to stop. Just know that Chelle Sloan is a fantastic story teller, and you won’t be disappointed. This and all of her books are free to read on Kindle Unlimited. She’s a newer author, so I highly recommend taking advantage of KU and reading all of her books.

If you don’t mind clean romance, these books are so cute. And I love the covers, they’re real life couples! Free on Kindle Unlimited. I’ve read so many books by this author and I enjoy the realness. There’s more than just the romance, you get a little sneak peek at military life, which is always interesting to see. Real problems, issues, it’s good without being far fetched. I also like how she’s set up the next several books with little drops here and there. Already there are a couple of new stories I can’t wait for. This next one is going to be interesting for sure.

This book was part of a 3 book series by 3 different authors. That didn’t really come out clear. So this book here, The Revenge Pact by Ilsa Madden Mills, and the Romantic Pact by Meghan Quinn. They all came out in a short time frame, and they’re all on Kindle Unlimited, but this one here is on sale for just $2 today only. I loved this sort of series, so if you haven’t checked them out, now is a good time to read this one, because Adriana Locke has Sweet coming out this month, and there are some characters that will overlap here.

This is a recent rerelease from Jessie Gussman. It’s not too long, and it’s cute if you’re looking for a light read.

This was such a fun book. I was just talking about the Camp Firefly Falls series, so this gave me a nostalgic feel. It was almost like a really long meet cute, which probably won’t make sense until you read it. But boy does it set up the next book in the series. I can only hope that we’ll see more of Davis and Juliette in the next book too. I’m not used to reading such a down to earth, real life like, sensitive guy. It was refreshing. There were so many funny moments. I really enjoyed it

This is the 4th book of the series (and I believe final book) and like a lot of series, the last book is my favorite. I think the author gets their grove deeper into series because so many you read, the next book is better than the last.

This book was previously titled Mr. Whiskey under Tessa Layne. She did a revamp not too long ago with a spicier pen name, and new covers and titles. I’m sure there’s marketing purposes behind it, but that stuff isn’t a big deal to me. Anyway, back to the point, look, a free book!
