The Walsh Brothers by Kate Canterbary

What I’m reading right now. I thought I would have blown thru this series by now, but I seriously underestimated how little reading time I’d have with my new job. I cut back on my arc reading (thank goodness!), and I’m still not thru this yet. I’m almost to the end of book one, and I am enjoying it. I’m just not used to taking a week or more to read one book, when I used to be able to blow through close to one a day. There is lots of sexy times in this book. The majority of the books I read don’t have quite this much. I’m not complaining, it’s just an observation. It’s not erotica so don’t let me confuse you. Just a whole lot of sex between the main characters. I can’t wait to get to know the rest of the Walsh siblings. Maybe I’ll have the brothers and sisters both done by summer 😩

I have not read these books yet, but I have read quite a few Melanie Harlow books, but you can pick up the whole series free right now. I of course grabbed them and added them to my never ending to be read list. Check them out, and let me know how they are if you read them before I do

Flirting with my Enemy: A Sweet Romantic Comedy (Love is a Mystery Book 1) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08S3TH9FY/ref=cm_sw_r_u_apa_glt_F0N8TYVC2NDMA2ERKW3Y

I don’t expect to cry when reading a romantic comedy, but it happened here. There was still funny, and it wasn’t a total downer, thank goodness. It was a shorter in length story but still had so much going on, but I never felt shorted. Enemies to more isn’t my favorite, but when it came down to it, the story was worth the read.

Christmas at the End of Main Street: A Sweet Small Town Romance (A Nestled Hollow Romance Book 2) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J45VZRM/ref=cm_sw_r_u_apa_glt_M7HT051F31HT4032P3NP

I don’t know if you’re like me or not, but I’m done reading Christmas books. Sometimes I can stretch it to New Year’s, but I really only read a couple of good ones, and one was a reread. I grabbed this one to hold on to for next year. I’ve read a couple of other books in the series, and they were cute. I’m pretty sure they’re clean as well, so there’s a warning for you.

As a special Christmas gift, Jessie Gussman has made this entire series free today! Keep in mind these are clean, wholesome, Christian books. I’ve read pretty much everything she’s written, and although I don’t consider myself particularly religious, I enjoy her books. I can’t quite explain it. Some if them feel a little much on the religious front, but I’ve never been offended or anything like that. So if you haven’t read her yet. Here’s a whole series to check out

I was in a Christmas book reading slump, I’ve read several in a row that were just okay, so I decided to reread one I loved from last year. Let me say, I enjoyed this book just as much the second time. That doesn’t always happen! Knowing the story didn’t make it any less for me. In fact I highlighted more parts this time around, but it was partially to have saved for myself if I’m ever able to make that trip. That was the whole reason I bought this book after reading on KU, to use it as a tour guide. I may have cried more on the second read, believe it or not. This goes in my top 3 of Meghan Quinn books (along with Dear Life and and the Duets). It’s on KU to read for free, and although it’s a stand alone, it comes after Mother Road.
