Full disclaimer, I have not read this book! Books 1 and 2 are free right now, and the 3rd is on Kindle Unlimited. I grabbed the first 2 now, they had pretty good reviews, I’m just not sure when I’ll get them read. I’m working my way thru some kindle unlimited books now (another post coming on new books I’ve read). I know I’ve been slacking on all kinds of stuff. I’ve been reading, just not as much as usual, and a lot is from my normal authors I’ve shared about before, like Jessie Gussman (who has pumped out several new books plus audios in the last 2 months). So I hate to keep repeating on authors I love, in case you don’t since I don’t want to bore you. More soon, promise!

Let me start with the surprise of the bonus novella at the end. I kept looking at the ticker on my kindle at how long this book was, but the last almost hour and a half is a second story. That being said, I enjoyed this book. I want to try my best to explain without giving anything away. It felt like it took too long to get to the reason of their separation, but that may have made that scene, the payoff, that conversation all the more moving and meaningful. I could feel the hurt coming from both of them. I felt it eased the annoyance I felt on Rae that I felt through most of the book up to that point. It’s crazy to see how different people can see the same situation in such different ways. It’s all about perspective, everything in life. Even as I said it felt like a really long book, the end was too quick. I would have liked more of a scene about Hunters arrival, maybe that would have helped, since it was a significant sign for them. I haven’t read the bonus novella yet, I wanted to get my thoughts down first.

I’ve been bad about posting again! This was a cute series, and book one is free. I read them all on Kindle Unlimited, but here you can check it out for free. She’s a good, clean author that I enjoy, because you don’t miss the sex and swearing. That’s the best kind, when you don’t even realize that it’s clean.

I’ve read the first 3 books in this series, and will be reading the 4th, newest book very soon. I just discovered Amy Daws with my last stint with Kindle Unlimited and have really enjoyed her writing so far. It’s fun, and just well done.

This is one of my favorite books and it’s FREE!! Can’t you tell I’m excited!? I discovered JE Parker through Hidden Gems, I had such a strong reaction to the first book in this series (Every Moment With You, which happened to be her debut novel) that I stalked her to send her a message about it. Somehow she appreciated my brand of crazy and she added me to her arc list, and we’ve been social media friends ever since. This is still my favorite book in the series, but this series as a whole is one of my all time favorites. There’s one more book yet to come out to complete this series, and the whole thing is on Kindle Unlimited, but I always like to pick up a freebie. These books are technically stand alone, but the way this family builds, you’ll enjoy it so much more if you read them all in order. Especially the most recent book, I feel like it referenced so much in previous books that you might not fully appreciate it. Prepare to cry, this series is definitely emotional!

I’m a big Mira Lyn Kelly fan. Another probably underrated authors I frequently read. I don’t think I’ve read anything of hers that I didn’t like. This book is free, it’s a friends to lovers that was short, but a good story. Book 2 just came out, All In, which felt a little longer to me than the first book, but still on the shorter side. This was such a complete story considering the length . It never felt lacking on detail or history. I adored these two so much, sort of enemies to lovers. Poor Jason went through the ringer, you can’t help but feel for him. The ending was just a perfect way to wrap up this little whirlwind.

This is book 1 of one of my all time favorite series. It’s been free before, but if you haven’t picked up your copy yet, grab it now! Small town romance, and this really sets up the whole series. Even if you don’t read all the other books, or in order, this is an important one.

I usually hate Cliffhangers, so I’ve been sitting on this book for a couple of months now waiting for Part 2 to come out. There’s been some delays with the author’s personal life, the second book should have been out already, but we’re still waiting for it as of today. But I just couldn’t wait anymore to dive into this story. This is the first of two parts that complete this series, The Redeeming Love series. I have loved this series from the very first book. And believe it or not this is the author’s first series she’s ever written. I couldn’t believe after I read that first book (Every Moment With You), that it was her first book. Going into this one, we knew from the end of the last book (Every Kiss You Steal) that there’s more to Pop and Carmen’s story. So this ending/cliffhanger didn’t bother me as much as it normally would have knowing that there’s more coming. This story was seriously addicting. I did not want to put this book down for anything. It’s heavy for sure, and there’s a lot of drugs and violence and not pretty things. It definitely breaks your heart. Some people may have trouble reading it, I don’t have those issues so I haven’t had any trouble reading the whole series. This is another one of those series that I highly recommend starting from the beginning, especially because this book covers so much that happened in the first book (Every Moment with You), and overlaps through the whole series and has a lot to do with Ashley story which was the most recent book Every Kiss you Steal. The whole series is in Kindle unlimited so I would 100% go check them out and start from the beginning and hope by the time you get through this current book that the final part has been released.
