I’ve read this books twice, once when it was originally published, then again a second time when it was revamped. The second version plugged holes I didn’t even realize I was missing. This book is part of the Wishful Series that I love so much. It is just classified differently because it’s romantic suspense. So still in Wishful and still including characters we know and love. And to top it off, it’s friends to lovers, my all time favorite.

I finally got to reading the final book in the Getting Lucky series by Meghan Quinn, and she saved the best for last! The family group text messages keep going, and they are hilarious. I laughed so many times while reading, I was bummed to finish it. I was worried Brig was going to be annoying and immature, but I found him adorable and endearing. I loved the friendship that was built. I really love when romances are based on a friendship, to me that’s the best way to have a strong relationship. Yes, you can assume friends to lovers is my favorite. I loved the little nickname Brig gave Ruth, it was just adorable from him. Okay, I need to stop before I give too much away. I read this series on Kindle Unlimited, which, even though Amazon can be annoying, unlimited is a gift for people that read as much as I do.

Short notice on the sale, but this is also in Kindle Unlimited. I love box sets with Unlimited, 8 books only taking up one slot! I already own most of these, but I still picked up the box set for the 3 I don’t. Totally worth it! I’ve never read a book I didn’t like from this author, and really, you can’t go wrong whether you pony up the .99 or grab it with your Kindle Unlimited subscription.

I’ve read quite a few books by Iris Moreland, but I really think she shines in romantic comedy. This series was my favorite of all of her books, they were light and a lot of fun to read.

Hockey season is starting soon! Get the series starter to the amazing Prescott Series. I LOVE this series, it’s about a hockey family, and it’s so addicting. She does a great job of keeping all the characters around thru all the books. Caleb and Sydney are such an amazing couple, they just get better as the series goes on. The Playmaker Duet is so, so good too, but grab Interference first to meet them all.
