This book was so much fun. Felicity just topped herself at putting her foot in her mouth and I enjoyed every word. I loved the awkward. I loved how perfect her and Hutton were. I loved how the families supported. Just so good. I loved seeing more of Hallie and Luna too, they were great in this book, I missed them in the last one.
The 2 narrators sounded good together, I was comfortable listening on a slightly faster speed, but they both sounded level. There was a couple little blips that were not duet, and although I would listen to the male narrator in duet again, not so sure if I would like him as much duel. I adored the story itself, these two were adorably geeky together.

Another Adriana Locke book that I love. Her writing feels so effortless (even though I’m sure it’s anything but). Her characters always feel realistic, like normal people, with (mostly) normal jobs, just so relatable. I loved the list, and everything that got checked off, and how. I love how Audrey put herself out there and found her inner strength. And Brooks, I have no idea why he thought he wasn’t good enough for any woman, because he’s pretty up there on the almost perfect list. I adored the setting, the friendships, pretty much every word.

This is a prequal to the already released Royally Kissed series. It was an adorable grumpy/sunshine – opposites attract – arranged marriage story. It’s not too long, and it’s just fun and sweet and I really enjoyed it. You could read this first, or read it last in the series, either way it works. Yes, its clean, but it’s not missing anything; this author is great at making the book flow without feeling like you need the not so clean stuff. Out today in Kindle Unlimited along with the rest of the series.

I have read this whole series,and it didn’t take long to slip back in. I quickly remembered the teaser to this book at the end of the last. This is not a storyline that I come across very often, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Make sure you have time to read the last three quarters uninterrupted, because you will not want to have to stop. The way things unfolded, going from past to present and back, and Ariana’s life coming into focus was really well done. It breaks your heart and puts it all back together even stronger. I don’t want to spoil anything, but this was a great way to end the series, as much as I hate that it’s over.

4 1/2 stars. This was a fun new start of a series. I’ve never lived in the south, so I don’t know how accurate this all is, but it was definitely entertaining. Reverse grumpy/ sunshine can be fun when done right, and this one was. Opposites attract and all that comes with it. I also enjoyed the found family part too. Definitely looking forward to more.
